How we earn money

Who handles your booking
We do not process payments, issue tickets or operate Shibuya Sky. Shibuya Sky is run by Shibuya Scramble Square. Your contract for admission or a guided tour is with the partner you choose. Their confirmation email, voucher, cancellation rules and customer support apply.
